Waterjetting RobOtic
We have the Spider Jet equipment for surface preparation. Providing certainty in terms of safety and performance, thus guaranteeing more competitive prices and faster when executing this type of work.
Strengthening our commitment to the environment with this equipment, we bring to zero the environmental impact during the execution of the work due to the vacuum unit that recycles the water with which it works; with great maneuverability, 3000 bars of pressure, 50 liters per minute and piloted through radio control.
ANTICORROSIVE AND PAINTING SERVICES
At HCM we offer a comprehensive response to the needs generated by the assembly of metal structures and equipment.
We have in our team with applicators, engineers, and inspectors of Surface Treatment (FROSIO), according to the Norwegian standard NTS 476, with procedures and methodology adapted to meet any customer need and with the support that we have more than 30 years of experience. providing a quality service and under the highest safety standards in the sector.

Our boiler making and manufacturing workshops are equipped with equipment such as the Rolling Machine, with the capacity to roll steel sheets of up to 100 mm, 63-ton bridge cranes with a total load capacity of 126 tons, cutting machine for plasma.
Our Engineering and Boilermaking department is specialized in the design and manufacture of metallic structures, with approved welders in the different welding disciplines: TIG, MIG, INOX; and always backed by quality processes based on non-destructive tests with magnetic particles and ultrasound tests.
CARPENTRY
We are able to supply and assemble any type of furniture for the accommodation area such as bed frames, wardrobes, bedside tables, cabinets, dressers, mirrors, mattresses, etc.
ELECTRICIANS
We have the technical equipment to execute any type of electrical installation in Tenerife, cable pass, cable trays, insulation, connections, etc.
